I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Ruth Biner and I own A Triangle Realty Inc. I started my real estate career with Century 21 where I learned a great deal about the real estate business. 14 years ago I felt the need to expand my horizons. I wanted to move away from a corporate approach to a practice more closely tied to community values. So some 14 years ago I opened A Triangle Realty Inc. and have not looked back.

I'm Tammy Poliquin and I have been serving the real estate needs of my clients for close to 25 years. While I have primarily focused on the Fonthill and Welland areas, I have a deep appreciation of market conditions throughout the Niagara Region.

Over the years I have handled all types of residential transactions. Be it new construction or resale I have made sure that my clients got everything possible out of the deal.
